On Saturday afternoon and evening we joined Noah to celebrate his 3rd birthday! It was quite a bash with lots of food and fun. Emily had the most fun playing upstairs with all of his toys. Well, that was UNTIL it was cake time!
She hurried right down for cake!
Then, you wouldn't believe it... Emily was showered with gifts! Everyone was so generous and sweet, especially Noah's Great Grammy. She is the one that gave Emily a similar bag o' goodies at Halloween.
Emily really liked the snowman thermos...
and princess tambourine!
Once her gifts were opened she loved turning this snow globe on again and again and again.
She also sat down to talk tuna with Noah's Pop. 
You may recognize him from TV when you see this next picture. On Nov. 30th he caught a world record sized tuna that weighed in at 405.2 pounds!
Emily doesn't really know much about tuna though and doesn't eat it either (SURPRISE!) so she soon ran off to play with the boys and balloons...
before marching in a parade.
She loved the parade so much that she requested a second.
Finally, it was time to watch Noah open his presents...
and hug him good bye.
I think Noah felt the love and was all smiles afterward... phew, the choke hug wasn't too detrimental.
We wish these boys lived closer... Emily always has such fun! Happy Birthday, Noah!

ReplyDeleteI have a comment on your flickr stream, it is Dec. 12th Paul and Emily are wearing shorts and t-shirts getting wet ---JEALOUS!!! It's also nice to know that my brother still likes to "maintain" his cars and is discipling his daughter to do the same. My ride will be ready for detailing come Dec. 23rd, but you all may need a wetsuit Texas is warm, but not that warm!
