Outnumbered

I am in trouble. This morning during breakfast Emily started asking to watch a show. Not such a big deal. Then, out of nowhere, she picks up Curry (Baby and Curry were sitting with her) and says, "Curry, Max and Ruby, Curry?" to which Curry responded, "uh-huh." I said, "oh, Curry wants to watch Max and Ruby too?!" and kinda laughed. That wasn't the end though. She then picked up Baby and I picked up the camera...
(in this video you ask, "Baby, Max and Ruby, Baby?" and your baby says Uh-huh and shakes her head)

That's right folks, my 21 month old has figured out that there is strength in numbers (next time she might include Elmo, Big Bird, Bear, Paddington, Monkey...). I have notified Paul and started to formulate a plan. I think that I can campaign for support of my side of the issues when Emily is in bed at night or while napping. I can promise the babies things like "I won't carry you by your head or drop you on it." I can allow the babies to sit on the couch and watch late night TV and perhaps even offer dessert. But, I am most worried about her...
After all, she looks a lot like Ruby and Max, probably likes the "Super Bunny" episode, and is pretty tight with Emily.
Can I count on your support?

  3. I don't know- Emily seems very persuasive. Maybe if you came up with some kind of chant to garner support, something like "Yes, We can!" wait... I think someone used that already.

  4. Hmmmm....just wait until the other biddy Morris kids arrive. She'll be the oldest and persuading them to agree with all sorts of things. Hehe!! Future lawayer????

  9. I don't know...I'm easily swayed. All it takes is an Emily grin and I'm down for the count.
