Bluebonnet Time!

We went out on Saturday morning in search of the perfect Emily + bluebonnets picture.  The first thing Emily really noticed when we arrived was a ladybug on the flowers - did you know Emily LOVES ladybugs?  (if you click on these pics you too can see the ladybug!)
So, looking for ladybugs and butterflies became our motivation.
I snapped a lot of pictures and knew that in the bunch I would have some that I liked - but I did have one particular shot in mind.  So after some failed attempts, I managed to get Emily in exactly the right location, quickly ran around (making sure not to trample the precious flowers in my shot), and threw myself on the ground (for the correct angle, of course)...
Shame on me for hurrying and throwing myself down... apparently it rocked Emily's world - literally.
