The Rest of the Story...

On Saturday morning, Emily discovered the Leapster while waiting to leave the house... 

for Cole's soccer game!

It was incredibly chilly and we all had to borrow some layers - Emily especially.

But that didn't mean she wasn't able to get up and kick the ball around a bit...

and even score a goal before heading home again.

Once home, Emily was happy to see Cooper up and playing with Great Grandma Velda...

and couldn't resist the call of the outdoors - correction, ZIP LINE!

Okay, so she only "kind of" rode the zip line.  Cole on the other hand...

Emily was content to snuggle Sadie.

After nap it was time for family pictures!

The photographer got set up across the street...

and the pictures might look something like this.

The biggest smiles came when the kids were behind the camera of course.

Saturday isn't over yet!   We had some painting to do for Mother's Day...

and some S'mores eating too.

Emily stuck with the graham crackers...
but ate...
a lot...
of them.

On Sunday morning Emily came in to give me BIG hugs and then took me to breakfast upstairs. 

Not long after we finished chewing, we loaded up and said our good-byes.

This time Emily fell asleep a little earlier in the trip...

and slept for 45 minutes.  Oh well...
