The second event was Sunday - a birthday party at The Little Gym. We hadn't ever been before but after Emily checked things out a bit...
she felt right at home.
(I bet you can't tell, but Emily LOVED the bubbles and followed the girl around wherever she went.)
Emily did a good job participating as they blew up the bouncy platform (can't remember what they called it),

and then jumped down the path again and again. There were several (dozens really) times that she would go the wrong direction and even though Paul and I were both grabbing from each side she would still escape our grasp - she was having a ball.

She looked SO cute with the bubbles, she sure loved those! You got some great pictures of the kids playing, they did have so much fun! I can't believe either that Emily is one of the big kids now! Not too long ago she was one of the "babies!" :)
ReplyDeleteI think Emily has a new boyfriend. Jack will be very jealous!
ReplyDeleteThat picture of Emily with the bubbles was priceless! I, too, cannot believe she could just sit at the big table and eat pizza with all the big kids. How fast the time flies.
ReplyDeleteLooks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteYes, it appears that Emily has moved from the baby stage to the big kid stage. I love how involved she was at the party, even sitting at the table with all the other kids. How amazing!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for meeting us at Boomerang's! We had a great time, but yes I agree not enough time to catch up!
ReplyDeleteI love that picture of her with the bubbles! So cute!
ReplyDeleteA birthday party at the gym! Great idea- I imagine all the "big" kids had a great time and were more than ready for bed that night!
