Would you believe that Emily had MORE Christmas coming her way when we got home?! We hadn't taken her big gift from us along on the trip AND Santa had stopped by with a special treat too! Emily had a hard time wrapping her brain around the idea as well...
but she was really excited to see that Santa had brought her a bike...
and Mama and Daddy (in spectacular wrapping) got her a set of baby items. 
She was pretty excited...
and insisted on assembling everything right away.
Once all of the baby things were put together she took her baby around the house and the baby assisted her in selecting a snack. Who can deny a little baby?!
Before long it was time to assemble her new bike...
even testing it out a little before fully put together.
In short order, she was riding around the house...
and learned that her new helmet was a mandatory part of the riding attire.
Daddy even got out his helmet to show her that adults wear them too.
Her biggest problem is with the chin strap...
but she seems convinced that it is necessary - so here we go! Next up, riding it outside!
Emily is going to be a GREAT big sister!
